The ASGS supports 11 Regional Sections of scientific glassblowers across the USA and Canada to allow interaction within their local areas. These Regional Sections encourage communication between glassblowers by scheduling meetings and workshops that provide excellent educational opportunities. The meetings generally provide hands-on demonstrations of new techniques, seminars, and an opportunity to meet with colleagues and materials suppliers for the glass industry.
